Traditionally fried in Vienna: Schnitzel

Whether the original made from veal or the popular one made from pork, when our schnitzel are placed on the guests’ plates they are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside with a perfect golden coating – just the appropriate attire for one of Vienna’s most famous dishes. It traditionally  goes well with parsley-tossed potatoes or potato salad and sweet-and-sour cranberry sauce.
